Information on refunds

As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery of the products by contacting our customer service department.

To make a return request you will need to share the proof-of-purchase document (site order confirmation), the photo of the product including a clearly readable model label and the photo of the broken or faulty part.

Within 14 days of receiving the request complete with the necessary documentation, the procedure for managing the specific return will be communicated based on the Quality Department's assessment.

Items must be returned intact, unused and unwashed, placed in the original packaging and with all labels/tags attached.

The return of DISIX products is your responsibility and will be at your expense.Therefore, for your peace of mind, we advise you to contact a reliable courier who gives you the option to track the package.

DISIX will not refund the amount you paid for the product until the products or proof of return delivery has/have arrived. The refund will be made using the original payment method. You will receive an email to confirm that the refund has been processed. However, it may take up to 14 days to be credited to your account.

If the 14-day returns period has expired and the item is faulty, you have two years from receipt of the products to make a warranty claim.

In the event that a problem occurs with a Disix product due to manufacturing defects relating to materials or workmanship, within two years of purchase Disix will replace it, repair it or refund the customer at its discretion.

The warranty shall apply to the original purchaser only and will not apply to damage caused by incorrect use, neglect, improper repairs, misuse, modifications and alterations, or where the product is used in any way other than intended. Disix is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and/or faulty components, such as malfunctioning hinges and damaged buckles. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as transporting unusual items), neglect, accidents, scratches, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, as well as damage or tear resulting from transportation (for example, during air travel).

Improper or incorrect repair or maintenance work, and washing and cleaning work that fails to comply with the stipulations of the product's internal labelling will void this warranty.

If the products you have returned to us are not found to be faulty, we will reject the guarantee claim.Uncleaned products will automatically be rejected.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, any implied warranty is therefore expressly excluded.
