Our backpacks are made from 100% polyester fabrics. To wash the backpack, you firstly need to remove the power bank and the USB cable. Hand washing is recommended, but bleaching, ironing and dry cleaning are not recommended.


The Disix brand 2022/2023 collections provide an integrated power bank and a micro USB charging cable for all models. The SLOPE and FLAT models have a wireless power bank, which can always be charged via cable if your smartphone is not set up for wireless charging.
Disix power banks have a capacity of 5000 mAh, 5V/2A input, micro USD, 5V/2A output, measure 129 L , 67 W, 9 T mm and weigh 150 gr. Disix power banks have been tested and approved by Shenzhen BCTC Testing Co. Ltd. They guarantee circuit protection for high temperatures or exceptional working conditions.
Disix has also achieved Erion Ecodom Remedia Producer Responsibility certification for powerbank disposal. Erion WEEE is one of the most authoritative and recognised systems in Europe for the management and recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). All this takes place properly and in a traceable and environmentally responsible manner, in compliance with current legislation and following stringent European quality standards.


We do not currently sell spare parts. Our backpacks are designed as unique products and are often subject to improvements. Therefore the same model from the previous year's collection might feature some different detailing to improve the user experience.

ORDERS

The customer service department is open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and can be reached by email at info@disix.it.


Orders are confirmed via email via the email address communicated and this is generally immediate. If the order confirmation email isn't in your spam folder either, please contact the customer service department via email at info@disix.it.


Registration on the e-commerce portal is not mandatory but we recommend it to speed up the checkout process, to access your order history and to receive faster customer service.


To create an account, simply register on the account registration page.


You can view your order history by logging into your account, hovering over your profile icon and clicking Order History.


You can update your account password by logging into your account, clicking on My Account and then on Change in the Password field. Once changed, the new password will need to be confirmed.


The disix.it platform uses a tokenised system, so card details are not stored.


We accept all payments by credit/debit card on the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Amex circuits. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.

We also accept the cash on delivery method with an additional cost of Euro 3.00. The courier will collect cash or can accept payments via POS. No cheques will be collected.

It is also possible to make a bank transfer using the IBAN details shared during the order confirmation. The shipment will be made when the bank transfer is visible on the current account. Therefore, if you opt for this payment method, you will have to wait for the transfer to be received. Timeframes are hard to predict because they are linked to banks. The tracking number will be used as proof, which will be communicated via email when the shipment is assigned to the courier upon receipt of payment.


If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. All the details are on the Terms and Conditions page.


It is possible to cancel the order you placed if the fulfilment procedure has not yet started. To verify the request, you'll need to send an email to info@disix.it immediately, specifying the order number and the cancellation request.


At the moment the only sales channel is the e-commerce site and the official social media channels.


We currently offer free shipping throughout Italy, even in remote locations from 50 EUR. In European Union we offer free shipping from 100 EUR, under 100 EUR shipping costs 10 EUR


At the moment the disix.it site ships to Italy and European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).


All orders placed before 12:00 depart the same day and will be delivered within 72 hours to the address communicated. It is possible that delivery may be extended by a further 24 hours in some less favoured areas.
It is possible to follow the shipment tracking directly at the link received upon confirmation of the order.
Disix's aim is to deliver within the timescales stated above, but we are unable to guarantee delivery dates as packages are picked up and handled by third party carriers.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only and do not take into consideration possible delays due to payment authorisation procedures.
It is not possible to change the shipping address of orders.
